By checking the box, Landlord authorizes PlacePay’s subcontractor, CP-TOPS, LLC dba Trust One Payment Services, to contact third parties to verify any information provided, including without limitation credit reports, including consumer credit reports, for use in evaluating Landlord’s creditworthiness for underwriting purpose in connection with Landlord’s use of the PlacePay Services.
